Love a Book Week!

We had the privilege of having some parents come in this week to read one of their favorite books to the class! We even had a parent read to us in Spanish! Thank you parents for making the time to come in! We loved having you!

100 Days of School!

We made it to the 100th day of school! We celebrated by making hats that said "I am 100 Days Smarter!" We also tried to think of 100 new things we have learned so far this year. We wrote what we would do if we had $100 and drew what we will look like when we are 100 years old! :)

Wants & Needs

We studied about 'wants' and 'needs' this week in social studies. The kids formed groups and drew various wants and needs on posters and shared them with the class!

Winter Fun!

 

Yesterday was our last day of school before winter break! We had such a fun afternoon decorating gingerbread houses and making marshmallow snowmen!

Plants

We have been studying plants this week in school! We planted bean seeds and have learned about the plant life cycle

Fall Bulletin Board

We have a new bulletin board in the hallway with a collection of work we have completed recently!

Farm Field Trip

We had a great time today at Summer's Farm! We learned about the life cycle of a pumpkin and got to pick one out to take home!
