We read the book, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and talked about uppercase and lowercase letters. We then created our own coconut trees with our names on them and counted the number of letters in our names!

I am so excited to begin my 7th year teaching kindergarten this August! I have worked hard this summer to prepare our classroom for a wonderful school year!
